The Restore Project brings together essential restoration work with a wider vision for the church’s future — safeguarding the fabric of the building and strengthening how we serve our growing community.

By repairing stonework, renewing roofs and making the building watertight, we secure St John’s not just as a landmark, but as a thriving place for worship, welcome, outreach and shared life.

Our church needs  urgent repairs  and estimated cost of the works is £450,000.
We need your help!

St. John’s has been serving our local community for over a thousand years.

Our congregation hosts an array of community outreach and service initiatives open to
everyone.

As a totally self-supporting church, we rely on the generous giving of our members and the wider community to provide these services and maintain our historic building as a space for learning, encounter, and healing for all ages.
