Tea and Chat is an informal and welcoming gathering where people can come together over tea or coffee in a warm and friendly environment. It is a simple opportunity to meet others, enjoy conversation, and feel part of the St John’s community.
Whether you are new to the parish, returning after some time away, or already part of church life, everyone is welcome.
There is no formal programme and no pressure to take part—just time to talk, connect, and enjoy being together.
Where we meet
Tea and Chat takes place in St John’s Church Hall, Old Malden.
The hall provides a bright, spacious and accessible environment, suitable for community gatherings and church activities. It is a central part of parish life and a place where people regularly come together for friendship and events.
