8:00 am – Said Eucharist


Every Sunday  for 40 mins

Inside a church: wooden pews, large arched window, sunlight streams in, clock on wall, and light wood ceiling.

Common Worship Holy Communion service celebrated without music or hymns. Complete with the set Bible readings for the day and a thought-provoking sermon. A quiet start to Sunday for those preferring a simpler service without incense and ceremony. Held in our historic Jacobean Lady Chapel (c. 1611).

 


9:45 am – Sung Eucharist


Every Sunday for 1 hour

Traditional Parish Communion service celebrated with hymns, choir anthems, and a sung Mass setting. Relevant, accessible sermon based on the set Bible readings of the day.


Relaxed formal worship with incense and ceremony (smells and bells) intended to create at atmosphere of awe and wonder as we gather in God's presence to worship together.


Wednesday Holly Communion


Every Wednesday at 11am for 45 mins

Our weekday Holy Communion service without music. Usually includes a simple "Thought for the Day" type of message based on the Bible reading of the day. Lasts about 40 minutes. Everyone welcome!


Worship for All Communion Service


Monthly. Every Third Sunday at 9:45 a.m. for 45 mins

Our all-age service offering the opportunity for the whole family to worship together (Children stay in Church rather than going out for their separate activities).


Usually on the 3rd Sunday of the month unless it is replaced by a Parade Service with our children's uniformed organisations (Harvest Festival, Remembrance Sunday, Mothering Sunday, and St. George's Day).


The service is shorter (about 45 minutes) with a short address instead of a sermon and one Bible reading.
